I think she's probably a lot smarter than she lets on, but the "dumb blonde" facade is obviously paying off for her...I mean, she has more money than she knows what to do with and even those who don't pay attention to the celebrity world know who she is. I would say that's pretty smart.

I don't think the issue is intelligence. I think the issue here is common sense.
