Default Help? How to get rid of the smell of cologne from my locker?

Well I started middle school a week or two ago. It's a brand new school, and I got a bottom locker. I love it. I like the bottom locker instead of top, I'm next to my best friend, there is no one on the other side of me, I am not good at memorizing stuff and the combo is easy to remember, and it's near all my classes. But the kid that has the locker above me, brought cologne and put it in his locker. On the 8th, I came to school and the whole hallway smelled like colonge. I go to my locker, and it smells really bad. I decided to just put my math book in there, and carry everything else. I come back later and I guess the bottle broke or something, because my locker smelled. Bad. Now, I hate the smell of cologne. I get dizzy, and can't concentrate. I told the principle about it, and they just removed the empty bottle of colonge and the kid gets in trouble.

Then I told the janitor. He was nice enough to clean my locker. It helped, a little, but it still smelled.

So all this week, I carried all my stuff. And my back hurts really bad now.

Today, my dad took me to my school. We brought a bunch of clorox wipes and paper towels. I had a mirror, locker shelf, and a white board in my locker. The mirror smelled really bad, so we threw it out. But the shelf smelled bad too, so we scrubbed my locker, it smelled better, but the shelf was still smelly.

We went to the store, got a new shelf, and went back to the school.

The smell came back. The kid that had the colonge, I guess loves it, so he probably wouldn't clean his locker. Is there anyway to get rid of the smell for good? Without changing lockers? The last thing I want to do is that.
