| I am totally sympathetic, with the obvious grief of the football public and others, who have shown their feelings at Old Trafford today. Indeed, I well remember the day it happened. I was at a cinema in Sale when the Mamager made the announcement from the stage. He mentioned all those who were safe. However, I am disgusted that there seems to be a reluctance to mention the other people who perished in that snowy accident in Munich. What about all the reporters and the Crew of the aircraft? I cannot remember their names. All the more reason to hear the report in full so that our thoughts could be with their Families on the same level as those wonderful players whose like has never been seen, in one team, sice. I do not understand the mentality of people who attribute my question to the 'fans' of United. This was a tragedy that affected people around the world and God forbid, that anyone who is prepared to put a negative answer to this question, is ever told of a tragedy of this magnitude to a member of their Family. I wonder if they also feel the same about Tsunami victims? |
