i am a filipino living in italy, do i need visa to travel to japan?

im a filipino legally residing in italy for years now... and i want to visit a friend of mine in japan.... do i still need to apply a visa? and if so... can u give me some guides and the requirements to do so.... thankssss

It doesn't matter where you are legally but matters which citizen you are legally. If you have Philippines passport, you definitely need to apply visa even for only one day visit to Japan.
