Planning to travel from Chicago to Paris, Venice, Rome, Pisa, and Santorini

in Greece. What's the best way? I'll be traveling from Chicago to Europe in September, 2009 and I'm trying to do this at a reasonable cost and I've only got 10 days to visit all of these places. Can someone tell me what routing would make sense and whether I should try to fly between locations or use the train. If I use the train, can you tell me which trains to consider. Thanks for your help.
