 Best, reasonably priced areas to live in or around Tokyo? Any suggestions? Preferably within Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama or Kanagawa prefectures. Bluemoon - I've noticed that properties in Saitama tend to be a lot cheaper than those in Tokyo. Is that generally the case? Is Saitama nice / reasonable? I'm going to be teaching English over there quite soon.  |
