Are Black People Treated Differently or poorly In Japan?

I ask this because i am half Filippina and half Carribean. I have more blk side than Asian [u can tell im half asian]but im more asian culture oriented. I have a boyfriend who is Blk and i don't wanna move there if we have to deal with being "different" because i know some countries accept different races and some just sterotype without giving that person a 2nd look. XD
