my girlfriend is a us citizen if she comes down to mexico and marries me

can i travel to the us? hi i would like to know what are the steps that WE need to go true in place for me to be able to become a us citizen.
i live in xalapa, veracruz.
what papers does she need?
or where we need to go ?
we being togheter 1 year and 3 months
