I have an indefinite leave to remain in the UK Visa-can i travel to portugal?

I have an indefinite leave to remain in the UK visa and have a kenyan passport. I wanted to travel to Portugal for one week..How am i able to do that? Do i need another visa? If so could you please help me and let me know where to get this from? Thanks
