planning a ytrip to Moscow-China, what do you think of my travelling schedule?

any place I should stay more or fewer days (I can´t stay for more than 2 days in Moscow)?? and also what places do you recommend to visit besides Moscow, Beijng, Llasa and Shanghai?? thanks a lot!!
here´s my travelling plan:
4 Aug: arrival to Moscow
5 Aug: visit Moscow
6 Aug: fly to Being
7 Aug: arrival to Being
8-9-10-11-12-13-14 visit Being and surroundings
15 Aug: train to Llasa (Tibet)
17 Aug:arrival to Tibet
18 Aug: visit Llasa
19 Aug: fly to Shanghai
20-21-22: visit Shanghai and surroundings
23 Aug: fly back home
