Any suggestions on how to find a friend from Volgograd, Russia whom I haven't heard

from in years? I met her in 1990 when I travelled to Volgograd with my school and we developed a deep bond when she became an exchange student in Ohio in 1994. We communicated until about 1999 and then I haven't received any letters from her since. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
